I have worked with leading hotels and resorts like The Tall Trees Munnar. Later launched my first venture — a 10-room forest resort — which I successfully operated for 14 years.
In 2025, I started a new chapter with Estancia Resort and Spa, Munnar under Climb Christ Hospitality. Set amidst the misty hills of Munnar, Estancia offers luxury, wellness, and authentic Kerala hospitality.
Alongside hospitality, I also manage an import business of premium building materials including roof tiles, shingles, and rainwater products from Spain and China, serving construction and infrastructure projects across Kerala.
Across both ventures, my focus remains on quality, trust, and delivering exceptional experiences.

His distinguished career includes 20 years in India’s vibrant hospitality sector and the last 5 years in the United Kingdom, where he currently serves as the Head Chef at Turmeric Kitchen.
Renowned for his expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines, Mathew combines traditional culinary heritage with contemporary techniques to create exceptional dining experiences. His commitment to quality, innovation, and consistency has earned him the respect of guests, colleagues, and industry professionals alike.
In recognition of his outstanding culinary excellence, Mathew was honoured with the prestigious Chef of the Year award at the British Curry Championship 2026. His success and inspiring journey were further highlighted in a BBC interview, where he shared his passion for gastronomy and his vision for the future of hospitality.
